I thought it might be interesting to start a thread to discuss what changes might help salvage the remainder of the season. I have a lot of thoughts, but I would like to stay quiet for a while and get other peoples views. For the sake of this thread, I'd like people to keep their responses to one thought. What one change do you think would best help us win the remaining games. The answer could be related to personnel usage or game strategy. For example you might post:
Make Andrew Leone the starting point guard. Play a 5 guard offense. Run More. Run Less. Play a box and 1 defense. Give Matt Hill more minutes. Etc.
So please offer your thoughts. What one change do you think would best help Fairfield win the remaining games this season?

Change the offense to more up tempo, fast breaks, crisp passing, setting picks for shooters, etc. Scrap the current "Princeton offense" or whatever the heck they run now!?
I still say when a university hires a coach who then realizes he can't coach and has to hire a coach to help him coach even though he has coaches he hired to already help him coach but now realizes those coaches can't help him . something is wrong.

Glad some of you like my recommendation! Why not just hire Prep's coach and bring in Tommy Nolan to play in the system he's used to next year? Not sure if we have the horses to do that right now though...
