By my count, that's it for the Stags are far as recruiting for next year is concerned. If you see a tweet that someone for 2015 is on a visit, you know someone else is being shown the door.
I guess that is the big question: is that it for recruiting. I'm not sure what this signing means regarding the 5th year center visit. And you still have to wonder if we are looking for PG.
"I do like a Degnan and Kasibabu combo as a future frontcourt. Their skillsets seem to compliment each other well. And if Kasibabu is truly 245lbs, then he wears it well and is the type of player we need up front"
joestag ,their skill set compliments each other? Huh! How do you know what his skills are? have u seen him play? just because he is 6'-8" does not mean he has a forwards skill set. One of the quotes in aprevious thread above says he is raw playert, which usually means he has few skills at this time. Lets see the kid play a game or two before he is a compliment to degnan and the stags future frontcourt.
Notwithstanding that we always have to wait and see, with Cobb on his way to Wake Forest if he hadn't signed with us and Kasibabu's offers from Drexel and Fordham, we have two players who were well sought after. JJ, less so. None of this ensures success or a lack of it. But if at least two of these players reach a high level, coupled with what Tyler has already demonstrated and what we hope Degnan or Segura will, then our recruiting may be back on track. Still many "ifs," but reasonable hope that we have turned a corner.

IMO, the skillsets of Degnan and Kasibabu compliment each other as Degnan is more of a face the basket player with some range, and multi-talented game and Kasibabu is more of a down low player that likes to be physical like AJ....... that is according to the Video I have watched and scouting reports I have received. I also see that Kasibabu could be more of a center, and Degnan more a a PF. While some of the video on Kasibabu shows him being very active on setting high ball screens, he surely seems more effective closer to the basket..... like AJ.
What I do think is missing between both of them is a great shot-blocker. We should also recruit another Center who is a shot blocker.
