Thanks Stago...good message to go out on for the year! I do see it from the "big picture" as a good move to be aligned with the schools in the PL.
Frankly, I am pretty non-involved with FU until Reunion comes up and then I try to get people to attend. Basketball is my glue to the school here in MD and it's hard to care frankly. Not sure FVA will value an email from me.
Cheers and thanks again for the message.

The more voices he hears, the better. Each of our collective voices are very important!!!

Not sure FVA will value an email from me....
curious, Over the years I have spoken to and have emailed Fr. von Arx numerous times with my sugestions (Stag Statue, webcams, Alumni Hall, campus Victory Garden...) and he is very receptive and does value our alumni input. Everyone here that has a suggestion, compliment, criticism or complaint should let this administration know what we alumni are feeling about Fairfield University and for the Stag fans among us - Fairield Stag Athletics. Preaching to the choir here and hearing what the message board experts and non-experts are saying is always interesting (well most of the time) but those in charge are the ones that really need to know. Communication and feedback are important:
Fr. Jeffery von Arx, SJ - president@fairfield.edu Gene Doris, Athletic Director - edoris@fairfield.edu Richard Perkin, Director Athletic Giving, TEAM STAG - rperkin@fairfield.edu Janet Canepa, Asst. VP Alumni Relations - jcanepa@fairfield.edu
