If u get a chance watch the reply of the last few minutes of the Rider vs Iona game. An exciting game , like last nights Stags game.Iona scoring 7 points in the last 39 seconds to win the game. Riders Achilles heel once again is poor foul shooting.
Though it seems like it took place eons ago, it is interesting to note that Texas A&M, who we defeated, actually has a winning record in SEC play and is 14-12 overall.
Many were saying they were the worst team in the SEC ... but they aren't even close to being the worst team.
Still a very nice win for the Stags. Let's get another one today.

Yes, Texas A&M was a very nice win........ they have been a good team all season.
One thing I remember about that game, was that Taliaferro was 10 of 15 from the arc with the announcer, yelling at Texas A&M's players and coaches to "Cover Taliaferro"..... calling it unbelievable

Well if Landon could somehow shoot 10/15 again from behind the arc I'm sure the Stags would be likely to defeat anyone left on their schedule on any particular night. I've watched the tape of his shots from that game a couple of times recently, and for some reason the Aggies, as Dan Dakich (the color commentator) was suggesting, were never able to adjust to what was happening to them. Funny too, because their coach, Buzz Williams, is considered one of the better ones in the business, and certainly the fact that they have improved greatly during the year with a team that was considered a SEC doormat has proven that. But no matter how it happened, I agree with you both, that was indeed a nice win.

I've never spent time on Verbal Commits before but just took a look at it. The first thing that jumped out were two players from Wagner transferring out - Tyrone Nesby and Darion Jordan-Thomas. Both of them started in the game against Fairfield back in December.
