Would love to get him if the coaches think he can help as a frosh. But we’d still be short a play making guard to fill out the class. You can’t have two recruiting classes in a row without at least one PG.
Oops, sorry about that, I believe that JY fully expects Caleb Green to be a the PG for the next 2 years, complimented by Taj and Whipple. I agree that we do need another guard
I agree that we will need a multi-talented playmaking Guard to play the 2G position...... priority #1. I also think we would need another multi-talented playmaking Guard to play the 3G position because Cruz and Benning will be leaving the following year. We cannot settle on just 1 additional multi-talented guard.
Woodrich looks to be a very good shooter to replace Taliaferro.

Nice shooting display at NPS but I am still stuck on the recruiting article - 2.2 GPA. Ouch!
Well we don’t know if that article is accurate. I don’t think his grades are anyone’s business and don’t belong in that article. If he qualifies he’ll be able to do college level work. Speaking in general, a student’s grades can change significantly over time. Effort. Family issues. Illness. Lack of appropriate support in school or home. Determination. All of the preceding and more can bring grades up or down from one school year to the next. One data point doesn’t define a kid.

Also a lot of kids do the PG year to get grades up. Pretty normal.
