JAWS THE REVENGE
★
Summary: The Jaws saga reaches its conclusion in this thrilling fourth and final installment as the wife of police chief Brody is followed to the Bahamas by a Great White.
Jimmy’s Review: In “Jaws: The Revenge” the shark's main course is intended to be Roy Scheider's widow, Ellen Brody, a frumpy middle-aged woman played by boring actress Lorraine Gary, who happens to be married to the president of MCA Universal, which finances the 'Jaws' films and which explains her lead role. Let's put it this way: When you see and hear the nasal Lorraine Gary on screen you want the shark to eat her." For my money there was not enough ocean scenery. I would have preferred two hours of watching waves hit the beach to this acting. The female shark was a better actress than Ellen Brody. The best thing critics could say about "Jaws the revenge" was that the series might finally be over.

TRIVIA ANSWER
According to Sports-Reference.com the Stags have had as few as 6 two point baskets in a game 3 times since 2010:
6 - 2013-03-01 Fairfield @ Manhattan L 31-34
6 - 2013-12-21 Fairfield @ Green Bay L 58-74
6 - 2019-11-19 Fairfield @ Maryland L 55-74
Editors Note: Amazingly the Stags 2015 MAAC tournament performance vs SPC where they only had one 2 point basket in the first half is not on this list as Fairfield secured 6 2-point baskets in the second half giving Fairfield 7 for the game.

MAAC Unveils 2020-25 Strategic Plan
The Basketball world was rocked early last week when it was revealed in the Metro Atlantic Conference’s strategic plan, that conference commissioner extraordinaire Richard Ensor plans to retire in 2022. Rightfully, many conference followers are concerned the conference may not maintain its standing in the bottom quartile of Basketball conferences when Ensor retires. Thankfully though, Ensor has left a valuable road map, a new “strategic plan,” to help guide his successor. While the plan lacks any real vision or detail, based on the plan it’s hard to imagine the conference is not on the verge of becoming one of the elite Basketball Conferences in the nation. Clearly “The future is bright”, for the conference, and when the search committee is formed to identify the next conference commissioner, they will need to seek a good basketball man who is articulate and is ready to repeatedly discuss the conferences bright future. While no names come immediately to mind , the right decision will help determine if the bright light ahead is the light of success or an oncoming train.
