He certainly was good at blocking shots and intimidating. Biggest reason why he became only the 2nd Stag (A.J. Wynder the other) who was able to make the roster and play in a regular season NBA game. Nice for any Stag to be top 10 in anything!

Dang Gai was a force. He was one of the most fun players to watch on offense with the chance of an alley oop on every possession. We went to the MAAC finals in 2003. Gai was injured in 2004 or he might be even higher on the blocks list.

I loved to watch Deng Gai on defense. He was a tremendous shot blocker.
