“Z” I hope you are right! I just look at the trends that have been established It took more then 10 years for the attendance to trend downward since Cooley’s time at FF to where we are now. I just don’t think attendance at the WBA will turn around that quickly in one season even if the stags win record is greatly improved as we all hope it will be during the upcoming season.

In all my years of dealing with the athletic office regarding anything concerning tickets, Helen was the best and easiest person BY FAR to work and communicate with in resolving any problems that might have come up. Indeed as the program supposedly tries to become more relevant with performance and new building as foundations, bringing her back would seem to make perfect sense (assuming she hasn't moved on to something else and would like that opportunity). And even if it isn't her, yes someone full time, but also someone who would have the same type of effect in relating to the fans as Helen Smaldone. Great idea Thomas!

I have to agree. I was frustrated by years of incompetence in the ticketing office before I started working with Helen. Helen was the first person I worked with over there that was responsive and got things done. So I was very sorry to see her go.
I don't know who is there now, if there even is someone in that role, so I in no way wish to be critical of whoever that person might be. I haven't interacted with them. Just saying that prior to Helen I had a lot of bad experiences that ended when she was hired.
I called Sarah Ratchford at 203-254-2265 and she was very accommodating and took care of my ticket requests.
thanks Rave, I will keep her information for when I have needs. I have run a lot of events at games, and I plan to do at least 2 this season, so nice to have name to reach out to.

Rothstein claiming it’s unusual for a mid-major to return 4 of their top 5 scorers, especially considering those four all averaged 9.3 ppg or better.
We’re returning all four of our top scorers from last season, and they each averaged 8.6 ppg or better. Actually, we’re returning our top twelve scorers from last season (on a ppg basis).
Plus, Loyola Marymount didn’t even reach the WCC quarterfinals last season.
