Andersen's trey to stop the Indiana run is the biggest shot of the game so far. Kind of amazing we are only down four with very little help from Kaety, Emina, Nicole, Kendall and Izabel. Everyone needs to step up in the second half. We're going to have to rain threes in the second half, and we need to start making some of these bunny layups.
Is Karly Fischer hurt? She hasn't played since the MAAC semifinals. We could use her size out there.

Too much size. And the cheering announcers are pathetic

10K fans, home, court, announcers all against you….and lopsided calls by refs.

Yeah. I do think the Indiana women are better at drawing contact, while not losing control of the ball, and getting a shot off. There's an art to knowing when you've got a defender at a disadvantage and luring them into contact. Stags need to work on that - throw in a few ball fakes, too!

Yes it’s an away game in a tough environment, and yes the announcers are clearly rooting for Indiana. Still doesn’t change the fact that we are not playing good basketball. Can’t get a stop on defense in this second half and are just blindly chucking up threes at this point

Just too big. IU had to have a bad game and we needed to be lights out to be close in this game.

Ouch! The ladies have been outscored 53-21 since having the lead at 31-26.
Edit: You look at the Final Score of 89-56 and it's hard to imagine it was a 46-43 game with 7:27 left in the 3rd quarter.
One could say the wheels fell off the bus but it certainly was a great wide while they were on.
31-1 season and a competitive half against the #14 team in the country in the NCAA tourney. Congratulations ladies!

Great season. Let’s get a couple players from the portal and a neutral court game next year.

Indiana broke us with that run in the 3Q. Too much size and length. And they finally started to hit some long-range shots. We had to play a near-perfect game to win this, but the wheels came off in the second half. Remember how this loss feels, ladies. Let's change the narrative next March.
Congrats to Carly and the girls for the greatest season in school history. Hold your heads high. Dare I say it? Yes, the future is bright.

Yup. It got away from them in the 2nd half. Need some more quickness and height. Along with a 3P streak, Indiana started to drive the lane at will (and get a foul on every attempt).
I thought the offense got stagnant (tired?), too. I bet passes per possession dropped off a lot.
Great effort and a great season. Excited to see them even better in 2024-2025!

Hoosiers couldn't seem to miss in the 2nd half and the game rolled downhill for them. Regarding the officiating, Hoosiers, 17-22; Stags 3-4 and Nellie was the only one who got to the line. Motivation for next season, no doubt.

Great season. Ran out of gas in 2nd half. Couldn’t adjust to Indiana length inside and couldn’t stop Scalia. Maybe we can get some more size for next year. Watching Holy Cross- Iowa game and announcers completely different. They’re excited that HC is doing well.

Stepping back and looking at what this team accomplished is worth mentioning. Congratulations to the best team (certainly record wise) the school has ever seen….a solid lineup, a superb bench, a great coach and some memorable moments to savor…with hopefully more to come next season.
