Nash, Sorry to hear that but I can get onto the "new" Stag website www.nmnathletics.com/HomePage.dbml?DB_OEM_ID=32500 without any problems on Google Chrome or Microsoft Edge on my Windows 10 laptop. I just checked and I can also get onto the Stag website with the old address too fairfieldstags.com/ via Chrome but NOT with Microsoft Edge
Wish I could help but that's it for my computer expertise.
It looks likes lot of the problems have been corrected since 2 days ago .... connection to fairfieldstags.com and HC website. I can get connected with MAC, Windows, IPad and Iphone devices. Is this still an issue, it would be really helpful to let them know at
Interestingly, now when you go to the ATHLETICS heading on the "new" Stag website's STAFF DIRECTORY, all the Administrators are referred to as Athletics Department Administration Coaching Staff. Not sure if this was intentional or just another problem after 6 months of work on the "new" Stag website. Also there is a link to < Back to Coaches page but when you click on it you are given a blank page? You would think that at least some of those Administrators would have looked at their own bio page and contact information to see that it was correct. Apparently not.
Lovely new website is only as good as the timeliness of the information posted.
Loyola game was Tuesday and results on the schedule page are still not posted as of 7:32 am on Thursday.
Still showing us as 4-5.
Someone posted an article on the game, but again, the lack of attention to detail.
Does anyone know who is in charge of this? The cop out was always that the web was controlled by someone outside of the athletic dept. I find this hard to believe, but anything is possible at this place.
It is my understanding that the Stag website is not part of Athletics but actually part of Communications and reports to it.
On the Stag website the Men's Basketball Schedule page is not updated at (4-5) BUT the Men's Basketball Statistics page is updated at (5-5) including a link to the box score.
NONE of this should be acceptable to somebody in charge. The "new and improved" Stag website was designed by professionals and is managed by professionals and not by unpaid volunteers.

My guess is that students working with the Sports Information Department help maintain this, and obviously they are not around, on break. Why no one else picks up the slack while other programs do may indicate my guess is wrong.
Are you saying there are paid professionals outside the scope of sports information (under the authority of Zach and/or communications) who have these responsibilities? Hard to fathom.

Someone should be managing students and they should ultimately be accountable for the content on the site. I certainly don't blame the interns when something doesn't get done at my job.
The truly sad part is no human intervention is even needed to keep things like the record and box score updated. All of that could be linked ahead of time to sites like Yahoo and ESPN.
