A massive center-hung scoreboard, with two 30-foot by 16-foot definition screens and two smaller 12x12 definition screens, will make its debut. Last week, at the Fairfield University versus Bridgeport basketball game, 800 linear feet of high-definition ribbon board came to life at the Arena. And for Howard Saffan, president of Harbor Yard Sports and Entertainment and the Sound Tigers, and Dowd, the vice president of operations, the $3.5 million project is going to bring a totally different feel to the building.......
