Typical. Obviously, Maurice Barrow did NOT graduate as the article states. No mention of any players other than the transfers. Not worth the paper its written on.

Yes according to the article Maurice Barrow graduated, but he is also listed as a projected starter. Yeah, that makes sense.
It's obvious these guys are paid to create short blurbs about each team, but they don't even take the time to edit their own copy. Your average high school student writing an essay for English class puts in more effort to fix errors than these 'professionals' do.
I don't know where the Stags will finish this season, but I do know that the vast majority of these 'expert' predictions are worthless.
I agree that these predictions are Worthless as far as their accuracy. It is similar to US News report and Forbes ranking a school’s academics. And while inaccurate and worthless, casual fans pay attention to them. So if we are not ranked as #1 or #2, or even #3 in the MAAC, then that is a hit against the program….. meaning it certainly affects Recruiting and Fan Interest in the program. The 4 most important things for our program are
- Get to the NCAA Tourney, and if we are good enough….. Win - Get to the MAAC Final Tourney game on ESPN Primetime in a do or die situation - If not in NCAA, get invited to another Post-season (which means we either had a good record or RPI) - And be ranked high in the Pre-season….. which happens to be Recruiting Season.
We do these 4 things every year, and our program will continue to rise. Right know we achieve about 2 out of those 4 each year.

Since we only achieve 2 of 4 of our goals, we are failing. Who's responsible?
Out inabilty to win the MAAC Championship is missing piece for our program to get to the next level. We have had many chances, and I am not just talking about the years we reached the finals. We hve to get it done .... that is where the bar is set. As far as getting to the Championship game or Semi, Winning Post-season games, and being ranked as one of the teams that is picked to contend for the MAAC Title is something that has been a regular occurrence over the last 5 years.
Except for this year. And its an unusual situation to be in. It is kind of wierd. Our program has grown a lot, and we should be to the point that even though we have an inexperience backcourt, our Program should be good enough so that by year end we are challenging of the MAAC Championship and/or Post-season.
