Winners & Losers: Fall Absences, Supporting the Game and More Matt Kinnear - 10/15/2013 Here are our winners and losers: WINNERS Zach Babo (@zachbabo) Fairfield Fans — I don’t want to make bold predictions about the Stags potential success from only seeing about a half of them play at the Homewood scrimmages, but against Rutgers they pushed the tempo constantly. While that produced plenty of turnovers, it also produced a lot of goals and some compelling action. If this team plays like that in the spring, they are going to be fun to watch, on offense at least. Geoff Shannon does a nice job handicapping what he saw in those scrimmages Sunday, and the Stags will have other issues to address, but they seem to have an attack unit that can gun with the best of them. www.insidelacrosse.com/news/2013/10/15/winners-losers-fall-absences-supporting-game-and-more

This team is going to be very exciting to watch. Defense has been the backbone of the program, but, this year Greenfield and the Attack Unit will step to the forefront. I am expecting big things this year!!!
