Lots of things can happen today but here are our possible opponents
We will play Rider, SPC or Marist in first round of PIG
If we win we will play following in the quarterfinals - Quinnipiac if they win at Marist today - If Quinnipiac loses, we play winner of Canisius at Manhattan
I love it. Win that PIG game, and then send Quinnipiac home. Nobody wants Q-Pac to win the MAAC ahead of us, so if we don't beat them we got nobody to blame but ourselves.

Espn website is listing the Quinnipiac at Marist game as being scheduled for 2:00pm Sunday March 2nd. Who's correct: them or you?

People will say we don't match up well with anyone, but I don't think Quinnipiac, Manhattan or Canisius are a good draw for us. Qunnipiac has manhandled us on the boards twice and there is no reason to think that won't happen again. We've been outcoached by Massiello each of the past two years, and frankly I was shocked that we beat them early this year, even though we were at home and they were shorthanded. Canisius might be the best of the three, but I might think they are the most favorable draw for a few reasons. First, Canisius plays a short rotation and their players have shown signs of wearing down each of the past 2 seasons. But secondly, and I think most importantly, I think our players will bring a level of emotion to the game after what happened in Buffalo and I think that might give them the edge they need to competitive in that game. It is the match-up I would most like to see.

My mistake, all the MAAC Games are on Sunday. I would not want to play Manhattan, even though we did beat them. They are still one the strongest teams in the MAAC.
Also, if we make it to the Semi's, then we won't play Iona, Siena or Monmouth.
Quinnipiac senior guard Umar Shannon, injured Thursday night in a loss to Siena, will require season-ending surgery. His season and his college career are over.
Shannon was averaging 14.3 points, 2.3 assists and two rebounds for the Bobcats (19-9, 14-5 MAAC), who wrap up the regular season Sunday at Marist. Quinnipiac, which had a seven-game winning streak snapped Thursday, will be seeded either No. 2 or No. 3 for the upcoming conference tournament in Springfield....
I don't want any part of Quinny. I think that Quinnipiac is the best team in the MAAC. I would not like to play Manhattan either, they would like revenge for their loss to us. That leaves the Golden Griffins and I agree with RF that we have a bit of emotion left from the last game.
Umar Shannon did not play at all against us in the 2nd meeting. I believe he had a concussion. With or without Umar, I still want to see that matchup wth Q-Pac.
