At least we got a breath of life at the end of a disappointing season. Mo Barrow wins 6th man of the year. 2nd in a row for our lone senior and a tremendous feather in the cap of an already stellar career. Cheers Mo, you were always my favorite and the consumate Stag.
The MAAC’s 6th Man of the Year is Maurice Barrow of Fairfield. Barrow, who receives this honor for the second consecutive year, was the Stags’ second leading scorer, averaging 14.0 points coming off the bench. The 6-5, 210-pound forward from Hollis, N.Y. , was Fairfield’s second leading rebounder with 5.1 caroms per outing. In his final regular season game, Barrow scored 22 points to climb into 15th place on the Stags all-time scoring list with 1,295 points.
