I noticed that the WBA hosted the Prep's CIAC Semi-Final game this past week and that the parking fee was only $5.00. Apparently the parking fee is flexible depending on the event. Hopefully before the 2014-15 Stag Basketball season starts the University can get that lower parking fee for Stag Basketball at the WBA. Charging $10.00 to park a car and $9.00 for the game day ticket is not helping.

I'm wondering how many of the 10,000 are going to be PC fans who want a firsthand look at their recruit Paschal Chukwu from Prep. Cooley definitely has their fanbase energized with the Big East tourney title and almost knocking off UNC last night.
According to Bob's Furniture website, the Bridgeport store closes at 9:00pm Monday through Saturday. So, you're telling me neither the store manager nor the Bridgeport police station across the street will find it suspicious at 8:55pm on a game night that there's 1 or 2 customers in the store but 250 cars in their parking lot?
Those of us who can only make some home games during the course of a season aren't asking for WBA to provide free parking --- only reasonably priced parking. For me, $5 parking in a secure parking garage or fenced in lot for an event that you can view for a $9 ticket purchase is far more reasonable than charging more for parking than the price of admission. The Shubert theatre in New Haven garage charges $8 and the low ticket price for a play is $45.
