... but after a disappointing NIT berth this year, most folks figured the coach was headed to a Show-Me year in the Show-Me State in 2014-15. He merely got ahead of the posse, it seems, by leaving for Tulsa...espn.go.com/blog/collegebasketballnation/post/_/id/98557/mizzou-like-tennessee-needs-stability-now Frank Haith has been the head coach at Missouri for three years. Missouri's fans feel the team has underachieved with Haith as head coach. Many writers felt he needed to have a great year or he would be let go at the end of the '14-'15 season. Instead, he leaves to take the head coaching job at Tulsa which opened up when Danny Manning left Tulsa for Wake Forest's head coaching position. Tulsa is in Conference USA while Missouri is in the SEC.
