Think they could have figured out a way to get more people at these games. The FU loss obviously did not help. Disappointing...

352 says to me that we let some one use our field but didn't "host". Some here want the CAA for all sports. Putting a effort into the championship event would have helped.

The lack of Towson and UMASS fans speaks volumes about the interest in the sport. St Joes hosted and won the Tourney.... no surprise they got 2000+. Soccer would have drawn more.

Not surprised by the attendance.mid- major sports are just that way whether or not u have a winner or not. It is a pipe dream of some people on this board to think u will fill a stadium for lacrosse or basketball when mid - majors are playing. A little disturbing to see that the CAA champ has to be in the PIG round game to get into the NCAA first round game. I guess the CAA is not very strong league.

Patriot League is where we should be and would result in better attendance! There are Patriot League alumni in every corner of Fairfield County. And many Fairfield County lacrosse players are playing for or aspiring to get into a Patriot League schools for the higher academics. Lacrosse and academics are synonymous in this sense. Towson, Delaware and Drexel are fine schools, but, you are not going to find very many alumni in Fairfield County nor will you find many Fairfield County players on their rosters, thus the limited interested in the CAA Lacrosse Championship IMHO

This is all crazy talk. Bottom line - the host did not make it to the FINALS!
#s would have been significantly better than.
Now, if we get our offense going a little more, we have the recipe for success and we will be filling that stadium in no time!
The sport is growing at incredible rates. We will see fits and starts, but you have to have VISION.
