USA Today ranks Fairfield University as #7 lacrosse school! Rank includes team success, quality of school, academics... 7. Fairfield University Fairfield, Conn. In 2014 Andy Copelan led the Stags to a 12-4 record, which tied the team's best ever mark. It was their first ECAC league title. At least one of his players has been drafted by Major League Lacrosse in each of the last three seasons. His teams are giant killers, knocking off #1 Denver in 2013 and national championship runner-up Notre Dame in 2010. Fairfield is a quaint Jesuit school with under 5,000 students and an 11 to-1 student to faculty ratio. It has centers of distinction focused on Catholic Studies, Faith and Public Life, Serving Learning, Judaic Studies and Microfinance for businesses in developing countries. shar.es/1pVWjv

Even if our hoops & lax teams are great, i'm not sure if anyone would know about it. Our SID and Alumni Association needs a big upgrade - especially since the Post/Advocate doesn't allocate many resources to following us (unless our seniors are having a beer at the point).
