The Stags (4-2) made it three wins in a row with a 16-6 victory over the University of New Hampshire (2-4) on Saturday afternoon. Riley Hellstein again led the charge as she set a new career-high in points and goals. The junior midfielder tallied nine points while putting away seven goals and tallying two assists. Not to be outdone she also grabbed a game-high four draw controls. The Stags led 10-3 at the half. “Today was an outstanding performance across the board," said Head Coach Laura Field. "We knew we would need complete effort from everyone to pull off a tough road win and we saw that in the efforts from every single person today. Riley continues to pace the offense, but the story of the day was the second effort and caused turnovers from our attackers and great team defense.”The Stags have a week off before they head to Colorado to face the Denver Pioneers on Sunday, March 13 at 3:00 pm.
