Fairfield University Baseball (21-15) will hit the road for a doubleheader against AE Stony Brook (17-19) on Wednesday at 1:00 pm across the Sound on Long Island. The Stags will look to continue their hot streak in the month of April as Fairfield holds a 14-3 record during the month and have won 11 of their last 13 contests. Stony Brook has dropped five of their last six with series losses to UMass Lowell and Hartford. The game will be available with a FREE video through AmericaEast.TVThis is the first week that the Stags have checked into the New England Intercollegiate Baseball Association (NEIBA) rankings as they received 17 points, placing them fourth on the charts. Fairfield places behind only UConn (49 points), Rhode Island (27 points), and Yale (24 points).
