"UConn pointed out that 14 of its 19 athletic programs have graduation success rates at or above the national average."

This quote magnifies the the problem.

How delusional are these people? How proud you must be!!!!

UConn’s 11 percent rate was far below the national average of 68 percent for men’s basketball.

So, truthfully, the effects of this outrageous graduation rate won't be known until the ex-Huskies, the guys who enrolled from 2002-05, can no longer play professionally.

For now, 11 percent is just an eye-popping figure, an Internet punchline that further blemishes UConn's reputation.
