Sienafan from the MAAC Board did a nice job organizing the NERR rankings. I don't know all the players, but a lot of video on Leach. He looks to be multi-talented like a Todd, Han, Nelson and/or Nelson.
Aiden Carpenter (Siena) - 19 Bol Akot (Quinnipiac) - 20 Corey McKeithan (Rider) - 25 Jalen Leach (Fairfield) - 28 Myles Foster (Monmouth) - 32 Marty Silvera (SPU) - 43 Asa Beyah (Canisius) - 47 Lawrence Foreman (Rider) - 69 Elijah Perry (Rider) - 101

And regarding this list, almost without exception (McKeithan from Windsor), these are kids that play prep school ball (as opposed to competition among state associations), thereby in most cases assuring they have all performed against some of the best players and teams that can be found anywhere in the country. What does this mean? Well while nothing is certain and there obviously are exceptions, most of the time a player coming from one of these programs will be well schooled and ready to become a positive factor to whatever school he has chosen. And in that regard it will be interesting to look back here in a couple of years to see how all these guys are doing. Hopefully our guy is one of the shining ones at that time. One final comment on this year specifically. To my knowledge, until this season the total list usually stopped at 100. This year it has been extended to 150. Does that indicate that this is a deeper field of prospects than ever, thereby making this maybe the strongest group of graduates ever since the NERR has been posting? If that is so I would tend to think that the specifically listed players above might have a chance to be really special as a group. Time will tell of course.
