Don't know if you have experienced the "virtual" Quick Center this Fall and Spring season but I have found it most enjoyable. You may not be interested in everything, but there are many events/performances that are truly educational as well as entertaining--from lectures to the variety of stage performances Many are free of charge but with a very reasonably priced subscription (and if you're streaming, you only need one) it gives you free access for everything. However, I have become addicted to one of these series. Professor Orin Grossman's music series has a full slate lined up for the Spring Season. From Chopin to Ragtime to International Music to Gershwin to Broadway, Prof Grossman provides a cornucopia of music experiences. The bonus is his extensive knowledge with interesting background stories along with the performance makes this an enjoyable hour of music and information. It appears he is doing an encore of his Gershwin Rhapsody in Blue episode from last season which I found very informative and entertaining. The kick off is today at 4 PM and the series runs through spring. quickcenter.fairfield.edu/spring-2021-season-calendar/index.html
