Fairfield University Men's Lacrosse (3-7)(1-2) gets back on the road at reigning CAA Champion Delaware (7-3)(3-0) on Saturday, April 8. Delaware is ranked #20 nationally and in the CAA is #1 52GF and #1 14GA. Delaware ranks eighth in the nation in scoring offense with 14.80 goals per game and fourth in scoring defense, conceding only 8.60 goals per contest.
Opening faceoff from Delaware Stadium in Newark is slated for Noon with the game available on FLOSPORTS. Joe Biden's Blue Hens are (4-2) at home averaging 709 fans (#3 CAA behind Towson and Hofstra).

After Saturday's game, the Stags will have just 3 games remaining (Monmouth, at Stony Brook, Hampton) in the CAA Regular Season. Only the top four teams will qualify for the 2023 CAA Men's Lacrosse Championship (May 4 & 6 at the #1 seed).
