Womens Lax does not play in the MAAC playoffs again for 13 days after beating Canisius . I am not sure if that is a blessing allowing for lots of rest or curse allowing u to loose your game time edge. Well I guess the layoff did not matter as the ladies “ rocked “ winning both playoff games convincingly. Congrats to women lax champions of the MAAC once again. Coach Baxter take note this is how you get it done!

Are the Fairfield coaches trying to tap into the plethoria of talent right here in Ct. I'm sure they are. Great opportunity for an excellent education, beautiful campus, beach and their family and friends can watch them play.

Great opportunity for an excellent education, beautiful campus, beach and their family and friends can watch them play. As a general observation, the roster of 43 players show only four from CT. However, given the remarkable record over the past seven years (2020 was Covid), I would think to my self, "If it ain't broke, why fix it?" The coaching staff is on a roll and I trust their judgment to recruit the top players in the country. Given their track record, who wouldn't want to come play at Fairfield?

What? I hope you are being sarcastic because Stags mens lacrosse is going nowhere fast. Under Baxter and Copeland FF mens lax has piled up a number of losing seasons and has become a afterthought in the CAA.,

Frankly, it appears the lack of postseason comments regarding the men's lax team is telling. As if the fans/supporters are waiting to see if a change at the top is coming.

As if the fans/supporters are waiting to see if a change at the top is coming. A change a level above any coaching changes should come first.
