Hopefully a good pick-up for the Stags, and with the program that Currier has put together I've got to think that it indeed very well might be. That said and if it comes true, from a SCSU perspective this transfer of one of its players after a redshirt season kind of reminds me in reverse of some of our basketball fears regarding the Stags and how we hope we don't lose a kid that ends up being trained by us and then helping another program down the road. It will certainly be interesting to see how well Phillips does in a Fairfield uniform.
