Pomeroy uses his analytical data to list the 5 players in each conference whose statistical performance is superior to the other players in the conference. His MAAC all-kenpom.com team:
Mervin James (SR) Rider Max Allen (SO) Marist Idan Tretout (SR) Iona Michael Houge (JR) St. Peter’s Frank Mitchell (JR) Canisius
And after the December 1 games, Siem Uijtendaal(SR) replaces teammate Frank Mitchell for the fifth spot on the MAAC all-kenpom.com team.

After a few weeks of games in December, Jasper Floyd is now the 4th member of Pomeroy’s MAAC all-kenpom.com team.
Mervin James — Rider Max Allen — Marist Dakota Leffew — MSM Jasper Floyd — Stags Frank Mitchell — Canisius
Edit: After going 1 for 8 from the field against Wagner, Floyd loses his place on the all-kenpom.com team to Houge from SPU.

Lots of changes to the MAAC all-kenpom.com team from the start of the MAAC schedule. Today’s all-kenpom.com team is:
Leffew…….MSM Gordon……Iona James….…Rider Balanc…….Quinnipiac Leach…..…Fairfield
Pomeroy uses various analytical data to name his all conference team for each conference, so Jalen is doing well in whichever criteria Pomeroy uses to determine the 5 most effective players in each conference. Pomeroy’s all conference teams are listed from most effective on top — so Dakota Leffew at Mount St. Mary’s has the best numbers among MAAC players (in Pomeroy’s statistical formulation) followed by Gordon, etc.
Former Stag AJR is ranked 4th in Pomeroy’s NEC all-kenpom.com team. No one from Sacred Heart is on that team.

In my unprofessional opinion at this point in the season I think Pomeroy is spot on with his first team All MAAC. James is trending downward so perhaps at season's end here's hoping Caleb Field will be on that first team. In my "unbiased" opinion I believe we will see Jasper Floyd on the All MAAC third team.
