I am still a bit angry that he left FF. However I understand he wants the opportunity. He fulfilled his requirements while at FF , he was a leader on the team and will graduate on time with his classmates which to me is really what we all should be most proud of. Good luck Jalen and welcome to the alumni community.

One of the most important reasons why Northwestern was able to have a successful season this past year was because of the strong play of a transfer from Princeton, Senior guard Ryan Langborg. I'm not sure if Langborg is slated to return to the Wildcats given that he may have a "Covid" year left if he wants it. But if he doesn't return, certainly Leach at about the same height and similar ability (IMO) might turn out to be the perfect replacement for him. Anyway whatever happens I hope he has a good experience in Evanston, and if he does, naturally that would mean we could all watch him on TV a lot (just like we did with Supreme this past season).
Depending on what Northwestern’s Big Ten schedule is: Jalen might see two former Yale players in the conference portion of the schedule—- Yale center Danny Wolf committed to Michigan and Matt Knowling has committed to Southern Cal.

Oh I didn't realize Knowling had committed to USC. Yeah I guess with all the new teams added to the BIG-10, maybe some won't play each other? I would imagine though that each should see each other at least one time, no? Anyway regarding Knowling, while being an outstanding player at Yale, as a relatively small (to B-10 standards) PF whose strength is mid-range and in scoring, I'm not so sure he will be tremendously successful as a Trojan. To be honest I like Jalen's chances for success better based on his skill-set and how it will translate against this better competition. Be interesting to watch and compare as league play moves along next season.
