Apparently so do and good! Any communication directly or indirectly and any feedback positive or negative with the customer (Stag fan, season ticket buyer, single game ticket buyer, students...) is essential to know what is working and what is not.
We already heard it...if it wasn't for players taking so long to find their roles, we would have won the title. And we know Segura will lead us to the championship next year.
Does anyone have any reason to believe that Sidney will be taking questions on his team? It doesnt say so. At our last meeting, at the Stag Club,.there was very little opportunity, and someone on this board commented that it wasnt the proper forum for questions.
... and I appreciate the effort, I think its a very nice thing, but I dont see the point in listening to the Coach comment on other teams if he is not going to provide meaningful commentary on our team. Ideally, he will talk about both.

Even if sj did take questions he can talk for a half hour without saying anything or actually answering a question

Not sure there is any set format. However I do look upon this as a goodwill gesture, possibly initiated based on negative feedback that the program has recieved concerning lack of communication with the fans. I would hope this would be the beginning of a series of events in which there could be more interaction between the coaches and faithful supporters. As far as this particular event, sure, a lot of it has to do with general college basketball talk and the NCAA draw. But yet even if there aren't direct question and answers by Sydney in front of the crowd, what's to say that people can't go up to individual coaches and have some frank (but respectful) discussion about the state of the team?
