^No... But I've heard good things from family that have seen him. BUT, good things meaning "Nice Piece", not a program-changer.

First, we need to become a team before we move to the 'program' level. This is not a team, in the sense anyone would say all we are doing next year is reloading. This team requires a complete overall. First step is creating a culture of confidence - which has been absent for decades. Gonzaga, a perennial WCC league champion, has it. Butler and Davidson on the mid-major level as well show it. Then, recruiting and player development come into play. This falls on the coaching staff and the track record is simply not good. Good coaches will all agree that the game today is over coached and under taught. For example, FGCU last year played a style of basketball which complimented the players abilities and strengths. USC hired Andy Enfield away from the Eagles but he will admit he could not replicate that "Dunk City" game plan with the players he inherited. He now is rebuilding that team.
As I noted before, let's hope SJ is able to pull it all together and get this team back on track to becoming competitive with its neighbors and in the conference.

You need to have a coach you trust. And trust he can coach. And its not there. At all.
