35-31, Rutgers at 2:53. Willis knocks down another 3P(?) and Cook is at the line with a chance to for a 3-point play. Stags have played "big" at the 4 most of the game with AJR being the only 4 that was smaller.
47-40, Rutgers at 17:36. A few too many easy baskets for Rutgers. Wojcik and Fields with a couple of nice baskets. I think you can already see how the pressure is going to be off Jake. He just looks like he's making the right play and not having to force anything.

Fields looks very good. Not just because he’s made some 3s. Solid PG play and defense.

Game definitely lacks intensity
on the stream fields looks like he has some height and broadness (and age) compared to stag pgs in the last decade. might be good for us
72-62 Rutgers, at 3:12. Johns hit a 3P off a nice Leach pass. Leach has had a lot of minutes and I think he has looked pretty good.
Good to see Leach playing. Goodine showed some flashes after a tough start.
We played decently. Obviously tough to make stops in the post against Rutgers. But we seemed to give up too many drives and had some careless turnovers. Cook had a nice second half. And with Willis, he’s going to be hard to contain.
I think it was a pretty strong showing. Rutgers turned up the D in the 2nd half and the Stags had 11 TOs, which pretty much killed any chance for a win.
Willis had a real nice 1st half and looks like he has moved up in the rotation. Fields was good. Goodine and Cook had strong 2nd half performances. Johns threw in some late 3P and ended with 9 points. I feel a lot better about Leach as backup PG after watching this. AJR had a good 1st half and was quiet in the 2nd. Wojcik was decent and I think he's going to end up a more efficient player.
Maidoh struggled with defending Rutgers size and missed an epic dunk chance. Crisler had very few minutes. Long made his first shot, then missed the rest and had some poor TOs. Other 2 Stags frosh DNP. <-- I kind of expect this. IMHO they seem like perfect RS candidates (especially with the depth I saw, today).
