Huge loss for the Peacocks! They were able to stay relevant after losing at least one stud to transfer last season. I'm not so sure it will be that easy this time around. But of course it's a long way to go before the rosters of all the various teams will be set. At least right now though this has to be classified as earthshaking news regarding balance of power in the MAAC, would it not?

I would have like us to have contacted Georgetown transfer TJ Berger - Berger just committed to San Diego - Berger's father is the HC at Westtown which has become a power - our own Jonathon Kasibabu is from there

Guy F, the moderator of the Iona board (equivalent to JS here), has a complete up to date breakdown of the roster changes for next year concerning every MAAC team as far as he is aware. Hate to give anyone from there credit for anything but in this case I have to. Great reference point for understanding where each program might be currently trending. Just go over to their forum under the obvious category.

A link to get to the page on the Iona message board with the detailed information on roster changes for all MAAC teams that Nashville referenced above:
Nashville or any other poster, are you able to give a preliminary tier breakdown for next year's MAAC teams based on this information? I'm guessing between transfers and commitments coming in and who's leaving that Iona and Manhattan probably will have improved rosters. The question is -- Is our roster comparable in talent to their rosters? Also, what value should we place on who the head coach is. Personally, I think Pitino will get more out of his talent than Masiello will at Manhattan.
Guy F will need to update his information on Siena as verbalcommits is showing they have two new transfers coming in — one is 6’7” from Iowa and the other is a 6’6” SG from Utah. Baer, the Iowa player, doesn’t have impressive stats — but Stormo’s stats at Pepperdine were also unimpressive before he got to Siena.
Fairfield Transferring Out Calvin Whipple - 6'4" SG - Junior- 0.5 ppg and 0.8 rebounds Jack Mullally - 5'10"' PG - Sophomore - walk-on, played in 6 games for a total of 7 min. john Kelly - 6'7" SF - Sophomore - 0.5ppg and 0.3 rpg
Transferring In Incoming Commitments Christian Cevis - 6' PG - Rated 2★ T.J. Long - 6'4" SG - Rated 2★ Makai Willis - 6'8" PF - Rated 2★
